Cigars and other tobacco products on this site are not intended for anyone under the age of 21. Prices arae subject to change without notice. Not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

SHIPPING TERMS:
We ship via UPS for all packages shipped with in the US including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. We do not ship to any PO BOX. You choose the service option based on when you need the product. For APOs, we ship via the US Postal Service.

SHIPPING RATES:
Standard UPS shipping rates apply. Leaf & Ale never marks up shipping to make additional profit.

All international shipments will be made via FedEx or UPS and will be billed to your credit card according to current FedEx or UPS rates. Please select any shipping method and we will bill you for the shipping cost after your order is placed and we know what the shipping charge will be. PLEASE NOTE - While we do ship international packages discretely, If your package does get stopped by customs in your country, your are responsible for paying any duty that may be assessed. If you refuse delivery of a shipment, we WILL bill your credit card for the return shipping charges.

PAYMENT TERMS:
For your convenience, we accept American Expess, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.

RETURNS:
All merchandise is shipped from our facility in perfect condition. Any claim regarding quality or quantity must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only.

BACK ORDERS:
Due to shortages experienced within the cigar industry, Leaf & Ale will not back order product at this time.
