SHIPPING TERMS: We ship via USPS or UPS for all packages shipped with in the US including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. We do not ship to any PO BOX. You choose the service option based on when you need the product. For APOs, we ship via the US Postal Service only.
SHIPPING RATES:
Standard USPS and UPS shipping rates apply. Leaf & Ale never marks up shipping to make additional profit.
All international shipments are at the sole discretion of Leaf & Ale, Inc. They will be made via USPS Priority Mail International and will be billed to your credit card according to current rates.
PAYMENT TERMS: For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
RETURNS: All merchandise is shipped from our facility in perfect condition. Any claim regarding quality or quantity must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only.
BACK ORDERS: Due to shortages experienced within the cigar industry, Leaf & Ale will not back order product at this time.
